Update re discussions with LMS Capital plc

The Board of Dmatek Ltd. ("Dmatek", the Company") notes today's statement by LMS Capital plc ("LMS") and confirms that discussions with LMS regarding a possible offer by LMS for Dmatek have ended. 

The Company will publish a year-end trading update in January 2009.
