Update on Trinity-Inniss, Trinidad
Further to its announcement in the Company's Annual Report and Accounts on 2 June 2015 LGO wishes to clarify that whilst formal negotiations with the owners of FRAM Exploration (Trinidad) Limited, which holds the Trinity-Inniss Incremental Production Services Contract in Trinidad, have never been formally terminated the Company is not currently in active discussions to acquire these rights.
