Update on Possible Investment

London, 3 November 2014 - Touchstone confirms that it is in the late stages of negotiations and documentation regarding a possible investment in a technology company in accordance with the Company's investment policy. If completed the investment may constitute a Substantial Transaction under the AIM Rules.

If the investment is completed it will be funded entirely from existing cash resources.

Appropriate details of any transaction if successfully completed will be provided as soon as required, however the directors wish to remind investors that there is no assurance that the current transaction will be completed.
