As announced in the Group's interim results published on 13th December 2010, the Group has been in negotiations to restructure its non recourse asset financing and associated shorter term debt requirement. Whilst these negotiations remain ongoing, they have proved more protracted than the Board had anticipated. The Board is continuing to pursue various alternatives to satisfy its debt requirements, including a shorter term debt requirement of approximately £4 million.
