Update on Delisting from the Australian Securities Exchange
Beacon Hill Resources Plc ('Beacon Hill' or 'the Company') is today providing an update on the status of its proposed delisting from the Australian Securities Exchange ('ASX') as announced on 19 September 2013.
The Company has finalised the required documentation with the ASX and will post these documents to holders of Chess Depository Interests (CDIs) today, being 23 December 2013. The Company now expects that the de-listing of its CDIs from trading on the ASX will occur by 23 January 2014. An indicative timetable is set out below.
16 January 2014 | Suspension Date - effective date of suspension in trading of CDIs on ASX.

23 January 2014 | Delisting Date - effective date of removal of Beacon Hill from the official list of ASX. |
