Update on Defence Extension
Silverwood Brands plc (the "Company") (AQSE: SLWD), a holding company established to invest primarily in branded consumer businesses, wishes to update shareholders following the announcement on 27 July 2023 announcing service of legal proceedings by Lush Cosmetics Limited and Cosmetic Warriors Limited (together "Lush"), and 14 August 2023 announcing an extension for the Company to serve its defence. Silverwood has mutually agreed a further extension with Lush for the Company to serve its defence by 2 October 2023.
