Treasury shares
On 23 September 2016, the Company transferred a total of 25,140 ordinary shares at £2.72 per share to a number of participants in its 2013 Sharesave Scheme. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 11,912,439 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 652,624,567 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
