Treasury shares
The Company announces that on 12 June 2013 it transferred to a participant in its 2012 Sharesave Scheme 1,003 ordinary shares at £2.74 per share. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds 18,152,112 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 646,384,894ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
