Treasury shares
On 18 July 2014, the Company was notified that on 17 July 2014 it transferred to a participant in its 2013 Sharesave Scheme 1,102 ordinary shares at £2.72 per share. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 16,224,696 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 648,312,310 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
