ICAP PLC30 July 2007 ICAP plc ("the Company") Treasury Shares The Company announces that on 24 July 2007 it transferred to participants in its2001 Unapproved Company Share Option Plan 41,600 ordinary shares at £2.70. Theseshares were previously held as treasury shares.
