Treasury shares
On 25 June 2015, the Company transferred to a participant in the 2001 ICAP plc Unapproved Company Share Option Plan 100,000 ordinary shares at an exercise cost of 297p per share. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds 14,371,918 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 650,165,088 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
