Treasury Shares
The Company announces that on 30 May 2008 it transferred to a participant in its 1998 Unapproved Share Option Plan 875,000 ordinary shares at £0.424 and 174,049 ordinary shares at £0.462. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds no further ordinary shares in Treasury, and has 649,512,276 ordinary shares in issue.
