ICAP PLC17 July 2007 ICAP plc ("the Company") Treasury Shares The Company announces that on 16 July 2007 it transferred to a participant inits 1998 Unapproved Share Options Plan 30,000 ordinary shares at £1.885. Theseshares were previously held as treasury shares.
