ICAP PLC02 November 2007 ICAP plc ("the Company") Treasury Shares The Company announces that on 1 November 2007 it transferred to participants inits 2005 Sharesave Scheme 3,385 ordinary shares at £2.24 and 583 ordinary sharesto participants in its 2006 Sharesave Scheme at £3.88. These shares werepreviously held as treasury shares.
