Treasury shares
The Company announces that on 17 September 2013 it transferred to a participant in the ICAP plc Unapproved Company Share Option Plan 125,000 ordinary shares at £2.70 per share. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds 16,918,189 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 647,618,817 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
