Treasury shares
The Company announces that on 16 May 2014 it transferred to a number of participants in its 2013 Sharesave Scheme 1,746 ordinary shares at £2.72 per share. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 16,225,798 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 648,311,208 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
