ICAP PLC18 December 2007 ICAP plc ("the Company") Treasury Shares The Company announces that on 17 December 2007 it transferred to participants inits 1998 Unapproved Share Option Plan 750,000 ordinary shares at £2.3375. Theseshares were previously held as treasury shares.
