Treasury shares
The Company announces that on 15 June 2015 it transferred to a participant in the 2001 ICAP plc Unapproved Company Share Option Plan 100,000 ordinary shares at an exercise cost of £4.93. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds 14,478,851 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 650,058,155 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
