Treasury shares
On 28 May 2015, the Company transferred to a participant in the ICAP plc Senior Executive Equity Participation Plan 25,432 ordinary shares at an exercise cost of £1.00. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds 14,581,419 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 649,955,587 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
