Treasury shares
The Company announces that on 12 February 2013 it transferred to participants in its 2009 Sharesave Scheme 19,124 ordinary shares at £3.23 These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 18,346,181 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 646,190,825 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
