ICAP PLC31 May 2007 ICAP plc ("the Company") Treasury Shares The Company announces that on 30 May 2007 it transferred to participants in its2005 Sharesave Scheme 2,996 ordinary shares at £2.24 and 450 ordinary shares toparticipants in its 2006 Sharesave Scheme at £3.88. These shares were previouslyheld as treasury shares.
