Treasury shares
The Company announces that on 2 October 2015 it transferred to a participant in the 2003 ICAP plc Bonus Share Matching Plan 423,160 ordinary shares at nil cost. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds 13,164,370 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 651,372,636 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
