Treasury shares
On 16 July 2015, the Company transferred a total of 10,348 shares as follows:
· 9,852 ordinary shares at £2.74 per share to a participant in its 2012 Sharesave Scheme;
· 496 ordinary shares at £3.02 per share to participants in its 2014 Sharesave Scheme.
These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 14,346,003 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 650,191,003 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
