Treasury shares
On 29 October 2014, the Company transferred 2,007 ordinary shares at £2.74 to a participant in its 2012 Sharesave Scheme. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 16,210,666 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 648,326,340 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
