Treasury shares
The Company announces that on 11 December 2013 it transferred to a participant in its 2011 Sharesave Scheme 356 ordinary shares at £3.79 per share and it transferred to a participant in its 2012 Sharesave Scheme 410 ordinary shares at £2.74 per share. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 16,812,286 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 647,724,720 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
