Treasury shares
On 1 October 2014, the Company transferred 2,463 ordinary shares at £2.74 to a participant in its 2012 Sharesave Scheme and 1,194 ordinary shares at £2.72 to a participant in its 2013 Sharesave Scheme. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 16,212,673 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 648,324,333 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
