Treasury shares
On 17 June 2015, the Company transferred a total of 4,365 shares as follows:
· 3,952 ordinary shares at £2.72 per share to a participant in its 2013 Sharesave Scheme; and
· 413 ordinary shares at £3.02 per share to participants in its 2014 Sharesave Scheme.
These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 14,474,486 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 650,062,520 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
