Treasury shares
The Company announces that on 14 May 2013 it transferred to a participant in the 2003 ICAP plc Bonus Share Matching Plan 68,066 ordinary shares at nil cost. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds 18,278,115 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 646,258,891ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
