Treasury shares
The Company announces that on 23 March 2015 it transferred to a participant in the 2001 ICAP plc Unapproved Company Share Option Plan 50,000 ordinary shares at an exercise cost of £4.93. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds 15,314,513 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 649,222,493 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
