Treasury shares
On 7 October 2016, the Company transferred a total of 1,323 ordinary shares at £2.72 per share to a participant in its 2013 Sharesave Scheme. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 11,904,500 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 652,632,506 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
