ICAP PLC06 June 2007 ICAP plc ("the Company") Treasury Shares The Company announces that on 5 June 2007 it transferred to participants in its2005 Sharesave Scheme 2,386 ordinary shares at £2.24. These shares werepreviously held as treasury shares.
