Treasury shares
The Company announces that on 18 December 2013 it transferred to a number of participants in its 2010 Sharesave Scheme 9,375 ordinary shares at £2.88 per share. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 16,802,911 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 647,734,095 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
