Treasury shares
The Company announces that on 15 May 2014 it transferred to a participant in the 2003 ICAP plc Bonus Share Matching Plan 476,852 ordinary shares at nil cost. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds 16,227,544 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 648,309,462ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
