CANCELLATION OF TREASURY SHARES

The Company advises that it has, with effect from 23 March 2010, cancelled 912,006 of its own ordinary shares which were previously held in treasury.

Following this cancellation, the Company's share capital consists of 15,985,155 ordinary shares. The Company now holds no shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 15,985,155.
