TREASURY STOCK

Panmure Gordon & Co. plc ("the Company") announces that 1,608,470 ordinary 4p shares have today been transferred from treasury stock to satisfy the vesting of awards under an employee share scheme.

Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, the Company holds 220,099 ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 150,008,806.
