Treasury shares
On 12 August 2016, the Company transferred to a number of participants in its 2013 Sharesave Scheme 86,008 ordinary shares at £2.72 per share. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 12,268,033 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 652,268,973 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
