Treasury shares
The Company announces that on 2 December 2014 it transferred to a participant in the 2003 ICAP plc Bonus Share Matching Plan 52,983 ordinary shares at an exercise cost of £1. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds 16,132,746 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 648,404,260ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
