CANCELLATION OF TREASURY SHARES

Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP, Avation or "the Company"), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company announces that on 24 June 2026 it cancelled 3,000,000 held in treasury. Following the cancellation, there are 61,344,057 ordinary shares in issue with 1,483,999 held in treasury. Total voting rights are 59,860,058.
