Treasury shares
The Company announces that on 25 November 2013 it transferred to participants in its 2010 Sharesave Scheme 6,250 ordinary shares at £2.88 per share. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds 16,826,802 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 647,710,204 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
