Treasury shares
On 4 March 2015, the Company transferred 1,131 ordinary shares at £2.74 per share to a participant in its 2012 Sharesave Scheme. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds 15,364,513 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 649,172,493 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
