Treasury shares
On 18 December 2015, the Company transferred to a number of participants in its 2012 Sharesave Scheme 7,750 ordinary shares at £2.74 per share. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 13,044,033 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 651,492,973 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
