Treasury Shares

Pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6, on 6 November 2015 Regus plc (the ‘Company’) re-issued 43,769 ordinary shares which were held as treasury shares to participants in the Regus plc Share Option Plan.

Following the re-issue, the total number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 21,243,081.

As at the close of business on 6 November 2015, the Company had 950,969,822 ordinary shares (including treasury shares) in issue.
