Treasury shares
On 23 October 2015, the Company transferred a total of 620 shares at £3.02 per share to a participant in its 2014 Sharesave Scheme.
These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds 13,155,517 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 651,381,489 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
