Treasury shares
On 11 November 2016, the Company transferred to participants in the ICAP plc Senior Executive Equity Participation Plan 12,598 ordinary shares at an exercise cost of £1.00 per exercise. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 11,884,123 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 652,652,883 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
