Treasury shares - Correction
On 17 April 2015, the Company transferred to a participant in the 2001 ICAP plc Unapproved Company Share Option Plan 100,000 ordinary shares at an exercise cost of 297p per share. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 15,195,590 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 649,341,416 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
