Treasury shares
On 13 May 2016, the Company transferred to a participant in its 2013 Sharesave Scheme 3,125 ordinary shares at £2.72 per share. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds 12,976,841 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 651,560,165 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
