Treasury shares
The Company announces that on 9 July 2013 it transferred to a participant in its 2010 Sharesave Scheme 2,864 ordinary shares at £2.88 per share. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds 18,146,123 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 646,390,883 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
