Treasury shares
On 22 January 2016, the Company transferred a total of 31,656 shares as follows:
· 28,899 ordinary shares at £2.74 per share to participants in its 2012 Sharesave Scheme; and
· 2,757 ordinary shares at £2.72 per share to a participant in its 2013 Sharesave Scheme.
These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 12,999,899 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 651,537,107 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
