Treasury Shares
Pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6.4, on 8 March 2013 Regus plc (the 'Company') re-issued 122,310 ordinary shares which were held as treasury shares to participants in the Regus plc Co-Investment Plan at nil cost.
Following the re-issue, the total number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 8,859,829.
As at close of business on 11 March 2013, the Company had 950,969,822 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) in issue.
