Treasury Shares

Pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6.4, on 31 August 2012 Regus plc (the "Company") re-issued 41,938 ordinary shares which were held as treasury shares to participants in the Regus plc Co-Investment Plan at nil cost.

Following the re-issue, the total number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares in the Company is 8,982,139.

As at the close of business on 31 August 2012, the Company had 950,969,822 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) in issue.
